This is a Mid Century "Air Flow" style chair manufactured by Cramer in Kansas City, MO. 

The back rest on this chair is adjustable in height and depth along with an adjustable seat height. The original upholstery and foam cushion were in terrible shape so we replaced the foam and it was reupholstered in a vintage plaid wool fabric. The manufacturers tag was kept intact and reattached in its original location.
